Skills

• Minimum 16 years of education in Finance/MBA (Finance)/CA/ACMA/ACCA/ICAew/CFA or equivalent
• Professional certification in financial management or ERP
• At least 12 years of professional relevant post-qualification experience in public or private sector
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience at leadership positions
• Experience in planning & budgeting, revenue/expenditure management, financial reporting
• Electrical Engineering or B.Sc.
• Mechanical Engineering or B.Sc.
• Civil Engineering from university/institution (minimum 45 percent marks)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in dealing civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) matters
• Preference for candidates with experience in management of infrastructure on building management system (BMS)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations and reporting
• Manage budgets and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Lead and manage engineering projects
• Supervise infrastructure development and maintenance
