- Eligibility: Applicants must be domiciled in the province of Sindh and meet the specified educational and age criteria.

- Screening Test: Candidates are required to have successfully passed the General Screening Test (GST) for Graduation Category, conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS), with at least 40% marks.
- Age Calculation: The age of applicants will be calculated as per the rules and policies of the Services, General Administration and Coordination Department, Government of Sindh.
- Quota Reservation: The share of quota reserved for initial appointments will be adhered to as per the Government of Sindh's SOPs.
