  • Complete Application: After filling in your registration data and information, ensure that you SUBMIT the application. Incomplete or saved applications will not be considered.
  • Queries and Complaints: All queries or complaints regarding the registration process must be resolved before the closure of the web registration portal. Issues arising due to logistics or security reasons after the deadline will not be entertained.
  • Verify Personal Details: Carefully check all your personal details, including your name, CNIC number, and cell number, before submitting your application. Any discrepancies between your CNIC and application data will prevent you from sitting for the test.
  • Candidate Identification: Candidates who have registered or applied using the CNIC of their parents, siblings, relatives, or any other individual are strictly prohibited from taking the test.
  • Fee Submission: The test fee can be submitted through 1Link/1Bill Invoice payment services using the generated consumer number. After depositing the fee, click on 'Verify Online Payment' on the ETC Dashboard. The test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Roll Number Slips: Applicants will be able to download their Roll Number Slips from http://etc.hec.gov.pk and will also receive them via their registered email address approximately one week before the test date.
  • Email/SMS Updates: Ensure you provide valid email and mobile numbers for receiving updates regarding the issuance of Roll Number Slips.   • Required Documents on Test Day: A printout of your Roll Number Slip and your Original CNIC/Passport will be required to enter the Test Centre on the Test Day.   • Test Centre Selection: Applicants can select their preferred Test Centre from the list available in the application form. However, ETC reserves the right to assign another test center if the minimum number of 250 applicants is not met for a selected center.
  • Prohibited Items: Mobile phones and other electronic devices such as calculators, recording devices, communication devices, or imaging devices are strictly prohibited inside the test center. Taking, uploading, or sharing images of the question book is also forbidden and subject to punishment as per ETC rules.
