Sound in-depth and practical knowledge and understanding of the legal Framework in Pakistan in the Petroleum Sector preferably in LNG & LPG sector including the petroleum laws, rules, policies, relevant contracts and latest amendments in Petroleum Rules/Policies. Experience in successfully dealing local and International Arbitration cases preferably of Petroleum sector before the statutory forums will be a plus.
