Skills

• In relevant discipline from HEC recognized university
• First Division OR CGPA 3.00 or more in the highest degree
• At least 20 years proven experience in R&D organization/recognized institutions
• Experience in managing a multi disciplinary group of scientists and researchers
• Minimum 15 research publications in HEC recognized referred journals/books
• Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning, implementation and management of multi disciplinary agricultural research programs
• Demonstrated abilities to mobilize and utilize financial and human resources effectively
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Must not hold dual nationality

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Formulation of research policies
• Coordination of research programs
• Serving as Whole Time Member (MP-II) in the discipline of Natural Resources and Animal Sciences
