Skills

• Administer and manage data center IT infrastructure, including Linux and Windows servers
• Ensure system availability through performance monitoring, backups, patching, and security compliance
• Resolve infrastructure issues across servers, LAN, and ToR (Top of Rack) switches
• Coordinate with vendors for support, maintenance, and service delivery
• Hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Linux and Windows systems
• Support operation, monitoring, inspection, and first-level maintenance of critical Data Center infrastructure including power, cooling, access control, fire suppression, and CCTV, UPS, PDPM, SPM, PDUs, generators, and HVAC systems
• Use monitoring tools such as DCIM to track performance of all installed infrastructure
• Perform trouble shooting of LT & ATS Panels, and support fault resolution in generators, HVAC, and fire suppression systems
• Provide 24/7 support for emergency handling and issue resolution
