  • Excellent knowledge of Antivirus and patch management solution
  • Hands on experience of backup & application whitelisting tools, domain controllers, group policies, exchange & email routing, and managing on prem Exchange Server
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Networking and Communications
  • Network related certification(s) will be preferred
  • Operate P2P, DRS, and 3G/4G connectivity links nationwide
  • Coordinate with ISPs for troubleshooting and link optimization
  • Maintain network inventory, topology diagrams, and documentation
  • Ensure testing, acceptance, and handover of network links
  • Monitor network performance and availability through NMS
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in NOC or Network Operations
  • Certification(s) such as SolarWinds or Nagios will be preferred
  • Monitor network devices, servers, and links using NOC tools i.e., SolarWinds, Nagios
