Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that entities under the authority's jurisdiction comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
  • Manage the registration and licensing of individuals, businesses, or institutions governed by the authority
  • Issue, renew, suspend, or revoke licenses and registrations in accordance with the law
  • Oversee, secure and accurate maintenance of all records related to registrations, licenses, and enforcement actions
  • Ensure transparency and data integrity in registry operations
  • Assist in the development and implementation of regulatory policies and procedures
  • Ensure that internal operations align with the authority's broader strategic and legal framework
  • Serve as a liaison between the regulatory authority and stakeholders, including regulated entities, the public, and government bodies
  • Coordinate and document enforcement actions against individuals or organizations that breach regulations
