  • No Walk-in Applications: Applications submitted via postal order are considered complete; no separate processing fee is required for postal orders.
  • Government Employees: Candidates currently serving in Railways or any other government department must apply through the proper channel, along with a departmental NOC.
  • Incomplete Applications: Applications carrying incorrect information or incomplete documents will be rejected and may lead to legal action.
  • Interview Process: Eligibility will be determined based on applicant qualification, performance in a 70% Written Test and 30% Interview.
  • Contractual Basis: Appointments will be made on a contractual basis for one year, extendable for a further period subject to satisfactory performance.
  • No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be admissible for test/interview.
  • Medical Examination: Selected candidates are required to pass a prescribed Medical Examination.
