  • Having a minimum of total experience of fifteen (15) years post desired qualification and ten (10) years of experience in procurement practices, with background of procurement of consulting services and goods
  • Having a minimum verifiable experience of three (3) years as a Procurement Specialist/Expert/Manager or equivalent in a government organization/entity or donor agencies/development banks etc
