The successful candidate will lead the PSDP project within the IT and ITeS sectors in Karachi. Suitable candidates will be graduates from HEC recognized institutions and will be responsible for overseeing the project. This role involves planning, implementation, and coordination. Experience in the public sector is preferred.

• Manage financial and bank accounts of the project.
• Monitor and report the project's progress in PMES/iPAS system.
• Ensure the smooth running of the project, including stakeholders.
• Establish the office as close as possible to the worksite.

Skills

• Prepare Cash/ work plan before the start of the financial year
• Update project progress in PMES/iPAS system and prepare/submit regular reports
• Ensure delivery of project results by arranging resources for the project
• Establish and maintain custody of all project documents, project accounts, and assists
• Prepare and submit project status and completion reports
• Accountable for all actions, steps and decisions taken during project execution
• Supervision of project activities including troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day implementation problems
• Establish office as close to the worksite possible, preferably on-site
