Skills

• Master's or BS (04 years) degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, Rural/International Development, Political Science, Law, Development Management, Social/Management Sciences, or any relevant discipline
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience at the international, national, or provincial level
• Demonstrated experience in managing PSDP and/or foreign-funded projects, including effective monitoring, preparation, and execution of annual work plans, budgets, planning, administration, and procurement
• Strong familiarity with project management, including expertise in negotiation and coordination with international financial institutions, federal and provincial governments and other non-government stakeholders

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP)
• Strengthen Pakistan's resilience to climate-induced floods
• Advance sustainable development initiatives
• Manage project monitoring, preparation, and execution
• Coordinate with international financial institutions and governmental bodies
