Skills
- Master's or BS (04 years) degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, Rural/International Development, Political Science, Law, Development Management, Social/Management Sciences, or any relevant discipline
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience at the international, national, or provincial level
- Demonstrated experience in managing PSDP and/or foreign-funded projects, including effective monitoring, preparation, and execution of annual work plans, budgets, planning, administration, and procurement
- Strong familiarity with project management, including expertise in negotiation and coordination with international financial institutions, federal and provincial governments and other non-government stakeholders
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP)
- Strengthen Pakistan's resilience to climate-induced floods
- Advance sustainable development initiatives
- Manage project monitoring, preparation, and execution
- Coordinate with international financial institutions and governmental bodies
