- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 16+ years of education in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering for Associate Director, Project Review (L3).
- Minimum 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in public-private partnerships, corporate finance, investment advisory, management consulting, portfolio management, and project finance for Associate Director, Project Review (L3).
