- Devote special time to teaching Urdu, Pakistan studies, literature, and Pakistani culture
- Interact with the academic community of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Attend academic forums in the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Organize long and short-term courses aligned with the objectives of the MOU
- Extend maximum cooperation to scholars from the Republic of Kazakhstan undertaking research on any aspect of Pakistan
- Endeavor to bring together outstanding Pakistani and the Republic of Kazakhstan scholars, intellectuals, and eminent persons of letters and the Arts
- Organize and conduct conferences, seminars, symposiums, workshops, and Art exhibitions on Pakistan, as well as Film and food festivals
- Facilitate the exchange of knowledge and information between Pakistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Organize and participate in functions on Pakistan's various days of importance
- Establish Pakistan's literacy and/or cultural corners in the host universities
