Skills

• Minimum 10 years' experience in relevant field (for VP-I/VP)
• Minimum 03 years' relevant experience (for OG-II)
• Proficiency in building construction, supervision, and project management (for VP-I/VP)
• Familiarity with HVAC and electrical systems (for VP-I/VP)
• Knowledge of fixed asset tagging and disposal (for OG-II)
• Understanding of procurement and security protocols (for OG-II)
• Ability to manage procurement and access furniture & fixture requirements
• Capability to review bidding documents and liaise with procurement departments
• Ensuring compliance with security policies and audit requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning and designing of bank buildings
• Monitoring and supervising construction/repair works (civil, electrical, mechanical)
• Renting out surplus spaces in bank-owned buildings
• Hiring of buildings on a rental basis for branch offices
• Allotment and administration of flats in colonies
• Compliance with audit paras and SBP observations
• Liaison with line departments at HO/Field
• Preparation of budget for CAPEX/OPEX
• Assisting management for policy decisions
• Any other task assigned by management
• Tagging coding of fixed assets at HO
• Preparation of annual budget and utilization
• Auction/disposal of dead stock articles
• Monitoring, procurement, installation, and maintenance of CCTV systems, Capex machinery, and security equipment
• Preparing demand/file along with approvals by authority for onward submission to Procurement Department (i.e., electrical appliances & installations/security equipment/furniture & fixture/Capex machinery)
• Review of bidding documents and liaison with Procurement Department
• Ensuring compliance with security polices and audit requirements
• Any other task assigned by management
