• Head Building & Works Department (VP-I/VP): Requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates skilled in building construction, supervision, and project management. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution and membership in PEC as a Professional Engineer are mandatory. Responsibilities include planning, designing, supervising construction, managing rentals, allotments, and liaising with departments.
• Officer - Assets & Logistics (OG-II): Demands a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. A Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institution is required. Key duties involve tagging fixed assets, budget preparation, asset disposal, CCTV system maintenance, procurement management, and reviewing bidding documents.

• Hiring of Buildings on rental basis for Branch offices
• Allotment and administration of Flats in Colony
• Compliance of Audit paras / SBP observations
• Liaison with Line Departments at HO / Field
• Preparation of Budget for CAPEX / OPEX
• Assist Management for policy decisions
• Any other task assigned by the management for Head Building & Works
• Tagging Coding of Fixed Assets at HO
• Preparation of Annual Budget & Utilization
• Auction/Disposal of Dead Stock Articles
• Monitoring/Procurement/Installation/Maintenance of CCTV System, Capex Machinery and Security Equipment
• Manage procurement and access furniture & fixture requirements for Branches and HO
• Preparing Demand/File along-with Approvals by Authority for onward submission to Procurement Department i.e
• Electrical Appliances & Installations/Security Equipment/Furniture & Fixture/Capex Machinery
• Review of Bidding Documents and can be the part of Bid Evaluation Committees and liaison with Procurement Department
• Ensure compliance with security polices and audit requirements
• Any other task assigned by the management for Officer - Assets & Logistics
