Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the TIH district malaria office, warehouse, and district-level team
- Maintain close collaboration with district counterparts on all technical and operational aspects of the program
- Develop quarterly and monthly District Implementation Plans (DIPs) in line with approved Work Plans (WP) and Project Frameworks (PF), and share them with the Provincial Manager for approval from the Program Management Unit (PMU) Islamabad
- Provide consistent feedback on project activities to the Provincial Office and PMU Islamabad
- In coordination with district health authorities, identify and facilitate malaria diagnostic and treatment centers to ensure they provide Malaria prevention and treatment services as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborate with district health authorities to identify 25 private health centers for malaria intervention through the private sector
- Organize capacity-building training, workshops, and meetings for staff at public and private health facilities on various grant interventions, in coordination with district health authorities
- Oversee and monitor all records related to logistic supplies
- Regularly organize malaria coordination meetings at the district level, share meeting minutes with the Provincial Office, and act on the points raised
- Ensure that facility monthly reports are collected and the District Monthly Report is prepared and submitted to the provincial office timely, in coordination with district health authorities and the District Malaria Unit (DMU)
- Conduct need assessments and surveys in collaboration with Provincial teams
- Maintain all program databases, including DHIS2/MIS, training, and log data, at the district level in a timely manner
- Provide technical and logistical support to make non-functional malaria diagnostic centers fully operational
- Participate in training sessions arranged by PMU Islamabad
- Conduct monitoring and supervisory visits to health facilities at the district level that provide malaria-related services
- Strictly adhere to monthly and quarterly program implementation plans
- Prepare monthly reports as required by the program
- Provide data in an orderly manner for quarterly progress updates at PMU Islamabad
- Undertake any other program-related task assigned by the Supervisor
- Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor
