Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement educational and promotional campaigns for Haleon brands (Oral Care, Gynecology)
• Translate strategies into effective customer interactions with Dentists, Dental Hygienists, and Gynecologists
• Serve as a brand champion, executing brand and category strategies towards Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
• Understand and utilize Haleon's customer engagement framework, training, and tools
• Execute territory plans using segmentation and targeting principles
• Report daily activities and monitor results in the CRM system for sell-out performance
• Deliver persuasive, science-based selling stories to achieve or change brand recommendations
• Implement new product development launch campaigns through face-to-face calls and workshops
• Engage and manage Key External Experts (KEEs) and scientific societies
• Support and attend local/national conferences, delivering educational interventions
• Organize and manage Dental School engagements to train future Dental HCPs
• Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures for customer-facing roles
• Share best practices and facilitate knowledge transfer with peers
