Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement educational and promotional campaigns for Haleon brands (Oral Care, Gynecology) by translating strategies for selected customers (Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Gynecologists)
• Utilize appropriate monitoring tools to achieve company objectives
• Act as a brand champion to execute brand and category strategies towards Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
• Understand and apply Haleon's delivery frameworks, training, and tools for HCPs and Key Engagement Executives (KEEs)
• Execute territory plans using segmentation and targeting principles, reporting daily into the CRM system and monitoring sell-out results
• Deliver persuasive, science-based selling stories to achieve or change recommendations for Haleon brands through face-to-face calls, workshops, and local events
• Execute new product development launch campaigns through science-based interactions
• Engage and manage KEEs, HCP associations, and scientific societies
• Support and attend national conferences, delivering educational interventions where appropriate
• Organize and manage Dental Schools to train and engage future Dental HCPs
• Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures for customer-facing roles, including adverse events, EFPIA rules, and sample management
• Share best practices and facilitate knowledge transfer to peers
