Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement educational and promotional campaigns for Haleon brands (Oral Care, Gynecology)
• Translate strategies towards selected customers (Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Gynecologists)
• Translate strategies using monitoring tools to achieve company objectives
• Act as a brand champion to execute brand and category strategy towards HCPs
• Understand and work to Haleon's framework, training, and tools for HCP engagement
• Execute the territory plan using segmentation and targeting principles
• Report daily into the CRM system and monitor results in terms of sell-out
• Deliver persuasive science-based selling stories to achieve or change recommendations of Haleon brands
• Conduct science-based face-to-face calls and workshops with HCPs
• Participate in local events such as Lunch&Learn, Hospital meetings, and congresses
• Deliver new product development launch campaigns through science-based engagements
• Engage and manage KEEs and HCP associations/scientific societies
• Support and attend local, national conferences related to the area of interest
• Deliver educational/training interventions where appropriate
• Organize and manage Dental School to train and engage future Dental HCPs
• Guarantee compliance with all standard operating procedures for customer-facing roles (adverse events, write right, EFPIA rules, scientific engagement, sample management)
• Share best practices and facilitate knowledge and experience transfer to peers
