Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement educational/promotional campaign for Haleon brands (Oral Care, Gynecology) by translating strategies towards selected customers (Dentists & Dental hygienists, Gynecologists)
• Act as a brand champion to execute brand & category strategy towards healthcare professionals (HCPs)
• Understand and work according to Haleon's framework, training, and tools for HCP engagement
• Execute territory plans using segmentation and targeting principles, reporting daily into the CRM system and monitoring sell-out results
• Deliver persuasive science-based selling stories to achieve or change recommendations of Haleon brands through face-to-face calls and workshops
• Implement new product development launch campaigns through face-to-face calls, workshops, and local events
• Engage and manage Key External Experts (KEEs) and HCP associations/scientific societies
• Support and attend local/national conferences and deliver educational/training interventions
• Organize and manage Dental Schools to train and engage future Dental HCPs
• Guarantee compliance with all standard operating procedures for customer-facing roles (adverse events, write right, EFPIA rules, scientific engagement, sample management)
• Share best practices and facilitate knowledge transfer to peers
