• Understand and apply Haleon's customer engagement framework, training, and tools
• Implement territory plans using segmentation and targeting principles, reporting daily into CRM and monitoring sales performance
• Deliver persuasive, science-based selling narratives to influence brand recommendations through face-to-face calls and workshops
• Execute new product launch campaigns with scientific backing via calls, workshops, and local events
• Engage and manage Key Expert Engagers (KEEs) and professional associations
• Support and attend national conferences, delivering educational sessions when appropriate
• Organize activities in dental schools to train and engage future dental HCPs
• Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures, including adverse event reporting and ethical scientific engagement
• Share best practices and knowledge with peers to facilitate collective learning
