  • Fee Details: The test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Roll Number Slip: Download your Roll Number Slip from http://etc.hec.gov.pk before the test date.
  • Test Centre Selection: Applicants can select their preferred test centre from the available options during the application process. Note that the ETC reserves the right to assign another test centre if the minimum applicant threshold is not met.
  • Test Category Selection: Choose the test category that best aligns with your subject or area of specialization. Once selected, the test category cannot be changed.
  • Communication: All important updates regarding the issuance of Roll Number Slips will be communicated via email or SMS to the registered contact details. Ensure you provide valid email and mobile numbers.
  • Required Documents on Test Day: A printout of your Roll Number Slip and your Original CNIC/Passport will be required on the test day.
  • Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, electronic devices (calculators, recording devices, communication devices, imaging devices) are strictly NOT ALLOWED inside the test centre. Taking, uploading, or sharing images of the question book is also prohibited and subject to disciplinary action.
