Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement educational/promotional campaigns for Haleon brands (Oral Care, Gynecology) by translating strategies towards selected customers (Dentists & Dental hygienists, Gynecologists)
• Act as a brand champion to execute brand & category strategy towards Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
• Understand and work within Haleon's framework, training, and tools for HCP engagement
• Execute territory plans using segmentation and targeting principles, reporting daily into CRM and monitoring sell-out results
• Deliver persuasive science-based selling stories to achieve or change recommendation of Haleon-brands through face-to-face calls and workshops
• Launch new product development campaigns through science-based engagement
• Engage and manage Key External Experts (KEEs) and HCP associations / scientific societies
• Support and attend local, national conferences, delivering educational/training interventions
• Organize and manage Dental Schools to train and engage future Dental HCPs
• Guarantee compliance with all standard operating procedures for customer-facing roles
• Share best practices and facilitate knowledge transfer to peers
