• Execute brand and category strategies towards healthcare professionals (HCPs)
• Translate strategies into impactful campaigns for Oral Care and Gynecology brands
• Utilize scientific insights and company frameworks to engage customers
• Implement territory plans using segmentation and targeting principles
• Report daily into the CRM system and monitor sell-out results
• Deliver persuasive, science-based selling stories and recommendations
• Execute new product development launch campaigns
• Engage and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KEEs), associations, and scientific societies
• Support and attend local and national conferences
• Organize and manage dental school initiatives for future HCP engagement
• Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures (adverse events, EFPIA rules, scientific engagement, sample management)
• Share best practices and facilitate knowledge transfer with peers
