  • Lead the next phase of NAFSA's operationalisation and institutional reform
  • Drive the establishment of regulatory systems and SOPs
  • Lead the orderly transition of assets, operations, and personnel
  • Provide strategic leadership to Deputy Directors General
  • Serve as the institutional face of NAFSA in national and international forums
  • Lead negotiations and international coordination for new export markets
  • Operationalise a credible SPS regime meeting international buyer requirements
  • Streamline pesticide registration and agrochemical standards
  • Drive adoption of technology in inspection, certification, track-and-trace, and surveillance systems
  • Develop national crisis management capacity for SPS incidents
  • Coordinate harmonisation of SPS standards across provinces
