• Evaluate and revise lesson plans and teaching materials as needed
• Ensure curricular quality aligns with institutional standards
• Assess students’ performance during group discussions and practical sessions
• Facilitate knowledge transfer through practical skills, techniques, and critical thinking
• Identify students’ learning needs and tailor objectives and delivery methods accordingly
• Conduct assessments and ensure effective grading, adhering to academic integrity policies
• Challenge thinking; foster debate and develop the ability of students to engage in critical discourse and rational thinking

• Work closely with specialty faculty during clinical practicum by organizing student activities according to course outcomes
