Key Job Positions and Requirements:

  • Assistant Director (Manager In-charge): Requires a Master's/Bachelor's in Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized university, with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field. Key responsibilities include managing operations, business development, and performance evaluation.
  • Deputy Assistant Director (Compensation & Benefits-HR): This role requires an MBA/BBA in Human Resource from an HEC recognized university, with at least 5 years of experience in HR, payroll, or compensation & benefits. Responsibilities involve managing compensation structures and employee benefits.
  • Senior Associate (Administration Department): Candidates should have a Graduation from an HEC recognized University with a minimum of 3 years of experience in administration. Skills in writing, communication, organization, and multitasking are essential.
  • Senior Associate (Coordination & Project Management): Requires Graduation from an HEC recognized University and 3 years of experience in a related field. Responsibilities include record keeping, communication, organization, and coordinating daily activities.
  • Drivers (Administration Department): Positions require Middle/Matric education with an LTV/HTV license and preferably 3 years of relevant experience.
