Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily operational tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned activities
  • Coordinate with Regional Control Rooms and Head Office teams for smooth execution of operations
  • Liaise with Business Executives for operational support, issue resolution, and updates
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, IT, Networks, and Infrastructure
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry of franchisee information into designated systems
  • Maintain and update franchisee records, documentation, and databases
  • Monitor operational activities and report discrepancies or issues to management
  • Prepare reports, MIS, and dashboards as required
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, and data confidentiality standards
  • Assist in process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Handle queries and provide support to franchisees where required
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management
  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities of franchisees across the network
  • Ensure smooth functioning of services and adherence to SOPs and company policies
  • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
  • Manage end-to-end process of franchisee onboarding
  • Ensure timely creation, activation, and maintenance of franchisee IDs in the system
  • Supervise transaction flows and monitor exceptions
  • Handle and resolve reversal cases in coordination with relevant departments
  • Ensure timely resolution of disputes and minimize financial risk
  • Act as a focal point for coordination with regional offices
  • Provide operational support and guidance to regional teams
  • Ensure alignment of field operations with head office directives
  • Assist in assigning operational and business targets to franchisees
  • Monitor performance against assigned targets and KPIs
  • Generate periodic reports and recommend corrective actions where required
  • Draft, review, and process franchise agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs)
  • Ensure legal and procedural compliance in all contractual documentation
  • Maintain proper record-keeping and documentation control
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including partner organizations and service providers
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Technology, Networks, and Infrastructure for operational support
  • Facilitate issue resolution through effective cross-functional collaboration
