Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting clear expectations and accountabilities for line Managers, Assistant Managers, and Team Leads
  • Motivate management staff, set directions, delegate, and establish objectives and goals
  • Collaborate with donors, stakeholders, and Head of Departments for professional relationships and program implementation
  • Keep updated records of all relevant district-level activities and share with head office as per timelines
  • Monitor daily operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide ongoing documentation and reporting on program activities
  • Offer appropriate feedback on BCC and training activities to improve community awareness and referral
  • Implement monitoring tools and departmental policies for line managers and ensure effective execution
  • Prepare site reports and share monthly and quarterly reports with relevant department leads
  • Implement departmental annual goals and objectives and coordinate with head office departments for timely project completion
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth service provision and maintain adequate staffing
  • Enhance personnel productivity and achieve objectives within budgets
  • Liaise closely with Head Office ensuring all departments align with functional counterparts
  • Lead and inspect project health facilities, MHUs, and campaigns to ensure best practices
  • Perform other responsibilities as requested by the line manager
